Property Wanted
As principal, Falcon Development seeks commercial property in front of or adjacent to Super Wal-Marts. Any projects east of the Rockies are suitable candidates. The key ingredient is that the Wal-Mart be a Super Center, and that the property be on the same side of the street and connect to the Wal-Mart ring road (we can obtain an easement if the property is contiguous). Falcon Development respects both exclusive and open listings, and we will protect all brokers. Please do not send properties owned by Wal-Mart.
